Most times it is a weak battery. We suggest new quality batteries. If you see the light dimming, but it is still snowing, then change the batteries, this should correct the problem. (hint: you may need to twist the batteries to ensure they are seated correctly in the compartment) If your snow globe came with a plug try removing the batteries and plug it in. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us.
Also, keep in mind many of our snow globes feature a timer. So, your snow globe may stop and restart on its own. This is usually a 4-6 hour timer. Some models are finnicky and require a rest in between stopping and restarting. If your snow globe will not come back on, move the switch to the off position and wait about 30 minutes. This should reset the timer, and it should come back on when you switch it to the on position.
We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit up to 1 year from date of purchase. For snow globes older than 1 year, please contact us. We will prorate your purchase and offer a discount on another snow globe.
These are collectables and should be treated with care. Please do not store your snow globe in an attic, or garage. They should be stored in a temperature-controlled environment, please remember to remove batteries when storing.
We do not offer refunds or returns, we will gladly accept your snow globe as exchange within 7 days of purchase, with a store credit or another model (due to the fragile nature of our products, we must inspect your item prior to offering an exchange or store credit, making sure there were not any oopsies:).

Twinkle Twinkle Gifts came about from a love story between a Pittsburgh Pirate (Derek) and a Pittsburgh Gal (Michelle). We met in 2015 and founded our small business in 2017.
